The new Garmin GPSMAP 62 series consist of 5 outdoor handheld navigator models providing great features for Mariners, Fishermen, Hunters, Hikers and Geocachers. 

Rugged IPX7 waterproof devices with a 2.6" (diag.) TFT display with 75K color that is viewable in direct sunlight. All GPSMAP 62 navigator features a quad helix antenna with WAAS enabled GPS receiver that keep your location precise even in bad reception conditions like in forests, canyons or heavy weather.

Garmin GPSMAP 62 Series comes preloaded with worldwide basemap and supports BirdEye™ Sattelite Imagery, Garmin custom maps and downloadable Topo maps.

All devices but GPSMAP 62, has a built-in tilt-compensated 3-axis electronic compass and a barometric altimeter. GPSMAP 62st and 62stc are preloaded with Preloaded 100K topo mapping. GPSMAP 62sc nad 62stc have a 5 megapixel autofocus camera.
